Right-Click on the image below and Save it to your device.  Then Print it or Email it to your loved one. 

RACE ENTRY GIFT CARD

Details On how to Redeem Your RACE ENTRY Gift Card:

1) Make sure you have the Order Number, which would be in the original confirmation email receipt when the Race Entry Gift Card was purchased (if you received this as a gift, request this code from the person who bought it originally).

2) Decide which event and distance you want to take part in at tejastrails.com

3) Email registration@eventdatasolutions.com with the subject line: "Redeem Race Entry Gift Card". Include the following info:

  • which event and distance you are choosing

  • the name of the person who purchased the Gift Card

  • the order number

3) You will receive a reply back with a unique race registration code.
    Please allow up to a week.

4) Register Online for the race and distance you requested the code for at tejastrails.com/reg using your unique discount code.

5) If you have a remaining balance, just email us again when you are ready to register for another event.

Keep in Mind:  

  • Multiple gift cards CAN be applied toward a race entry.

  • Should the amount on your Race Entry gift card equal less than the final checkout amount, you will have to pay the difference.

  • If a race maxes out before you redeem the gift card entry, you'll have to choose a different event. Purchase of the gift card does not equal a race registration. You must complete the online Race Registration to be registered.

  • Once race registration is complete, all policies (including all financial and non-refund) apply.

  • Gift Card expires one (1) year from time of purchase.

MERCHANDISE GIFT CARD

Details On how to Redeem Your MERCHANDISE Gift Card:

1) Make sure you have the unique code the system generated when the Gift Card was purchased (if you received this as a gift, request this code from the person who bought it originally).

2) Go shopping at tejastrails.com/store

3) When you are checking out in the online store, enter the gift card number. The card value will be subtracted from your order total. You can also see the remaining balance at that time.

Keep in Mind:  

  • Merchandise Gift Cards can only be used online. They can’t be processed onsite at a race.

  • They can’t be used for a Race Entry.
